DENTRIX Enterprise RT 3.7 Feature List
RT 3.7 is the newest, exciting update to DENTRIX Enterprise.

New Features:
Insurance/Employer Maintenance
- Add or edit insurance plans with no inconvenience to the patient.
- Purge duplicate insurance plans without having to move subscribers
one by one to another plan.
Increased Insurances per Patient
- Have up to four dental plus two medical plans per patient.
- Enter benefits used and deductible paid in the Insurance Information—launched
from the Family File.
Select Patient Enhancement
- Search by subscriber ID.
- Use a 'wild card' to search. Example SSN search: %1234 will search all
SSN's that end in 1234.
Position Flag
- Treatment Area Flags (dentition/position flag) options are now implemented in the Procedure Code Editor | Flags dialog.
- Suppress the code replacement and set the replacement codes.
Multiple Referrals
- Enter and track multiple referrals and gratuities per patient.
- Easily analyze referrals to find information needed to see the benefits
of referrals and giving gratuities, along with other information about referrals
that are beneficial to both your practice and patients.
Check #/Check Amount Search
- Quickly search for payments in the Ledger:
- By check or bank number
- By amount
- By payment date
- By payment type
- By clinic
- By patient
- By insurance name
- Print a report listing the payments found by the search.
Unscheduled Treatment Plans Report Modification
- The Select
Provider group box now includes:
- Option to run report by Prov1 from Family File
- Option to run report by Treatment Planned Provider.
Hide Color Columns
- Hide the colored provider columns on Appointment Book— giving you more "real
estate" in your views.
UDS Changes—Veteran Status
- Report the number
of patients that are Veterans.
RX/Claim Forms
- Now include NPI # on RX Forms.
- Now include Maryland Medicaid Claim Form.
